Christine Payne-Towler is a gifted reader who adds deep psychology and hard-won wisdom to her Tarot readings. Ever since buying her first Tarot deck in 1970, she’s pursued the path of self-initiation and developed an encyclopedic knowledge of Tarot’s origins and evolution. As a recognized scholar in the field, Christine has been featured on many broadcasts and is the author of The Underground Stream: Esoteric Tarot Unveiled, a book on the history and deeper meanings of Tarot decks and cards. In 2011, she released a deck entitled Tarot of the Holy Light, made in collaboration with her husband, Michael Dowers. Christine continues serving clients through private practice in Oregon.
